1. What is Skype?
Skype is a little piece of software lets you call anyone else on Skype, anywhere in the world, free. It started out as a way of making phone calls from your computer to other people on Skype. Now it's available on 3 Skypephone at the touch of a button.

2. What countries can I use the 3Skypephone in?
The 3Skypephone uses the 3 mobile network to connect to Skype therefore you require connection to the 3 network in either the United Kingdom, Ireland, Italy, Austria or Hong Kong for this to work as this phone comes with a 3 Pay-As-You-Go SIM card. THIS WILL NOT WORK IN ANY OTHER COUNTRIES AS THIS PHONE HAS A SIM LOCK!

3. Can I call mobile or landline phones via Skype on the 3Skypephone?
No. You can only call other Skype contacts. You may call landlines and mobiles using the 3Skypephone but this won't be through Skype but via the 3 network which you are required to buy 3 Top-Ups to pay for this.

4. What does it cost to use Skype on the 3Skypephone?
It costs you nothing to make a Skype call to any other Skype user on your 3 Skypephone, once you have an active internet service with the 3 network.

5. Can I use the same Skype account I use on my PC on my mobile?
Yes. The 3 Skypephone has been designed to allow existing Skype users to quickly and easily enjoy Skype wherever they are. Your same Skype Name and buddies will appear wherever you choose to log in to Skype. You can't be logged in to two phones simultaneously, so if you're logged in on one device, you will need to log out of the other before you can access your Skype account on your 3 Skypephone. However, you can be logged on to your account on your PC at the same time as on your mobile.

7. Can I use Instant Messaging?
Yes, the 3Skypephone lets you contact your Skype contacts via Instant Message should you wish not to call them. This is free to do.

8. Can use the 3Skypephone in any other countries apart from UK, Ireland, Italy, Austria and Hong Kong?
No, not at this time. Although there is a 3 network in other countries this Pay-As-You-Go phone doesn't support it. We don't even recommend you try and get this handset unlocked as we cannot guarantee it will work in your country thus making the handset useless.

9. Can I get any other colours in the Twin Pack?
No, unfortunately as this deal is by Skype and 3 we have no control over the phones colours and they chose black to be the colour in the twin-pack as it's their most popular handset colour..
